Free Ground Shipping

Every parcel order over $100 qualifies for free economy shipping within the continental USA. Ground shipments will process through USPS or UPS based on the faster delivery method. If shipment must process via a specific carrier, please indicate in the comments section at checkout for proper delivery.

In exceptional circumstance, customers will be notified of additional charges pertaining to freight shipments and overweight or unique dimensional packages.

Same Day Shipping

SuperBreakers ships the vast majority of the orders ship same day. Our shipping cutoff is 3 pm EST. Orders placed after cutoff cannot be guaranteed to ship same day.

Occasionally orders may take up to (5) business days for consolidation and preparation purposes. Customers will be promptly notified of any estimated delay beyond this window.

Product Availability

Due to high product turnover, product showing as in stock online may be temporarily unavailable. Where an order has already been placed, customers will be notified of any resulting discrepancy and resolved accordingly.

Expedited Orders

All expedited shipments will ship exclusively through UPS expedited services. Customers are encouraged to call in to verify critical shipments.

Weekend Shipping

Orders placed after hours on Friday will not process or ship until the following Monday. UPS Saturday Delivery is a service not generally offered by SuperBreakers.

Customer Accounts

SuperBreakers does not ship on the customer account. All shipping charges are non-negotiable rates displayed at checkout.

Hawaii & Alaska Shipments

All orders for Hawaii and Alaska have a $200 minimum and additional shipping charges apply. If you need to place an order to one of these locations please call our sales department at 1-866-295-4310.

International Shipping

All International orders require a $300 minimum order threshold. Due to the special nature of these shipments, we require that these be placed with a SuperBreakers representative. Additional shipping and instructions will apply. All International Orders are Non-Cancel and Non-Refundable.

  • WARRANTY INFORMATION

New Product

Products identified as “New” on our site will be new, never previously energized, never previously wired, and where possible will be shipped in their original manufacturer boxes. These items will carry our 1-year warranty. read more

 

Re-Certified Product

Products identified as “Re-Certified” on our website have been cleaned, tested, and repackaged to our exacting standards by our technicians. Re-certified items carry our 2-year warranty. read more

 

Additional Coverage

A 1-year extension of our warranty may be purchased at checkout on your order.

 

  • SPECIAL ORDERS

Manufacturer Documentation

Documentation from the manufacturer regarding traceability or conformance cannot be provided to protect our proprietary interests and will not constitute grounds for rejection by the customer.

Special Order Items

Special order items, items, and quantities not normally stocked in our warehouses will be considered non-cancel, non-refundable once the order is placed. 100% deposit is required at time of purchase. Special orders over $2,000 in value may require additional authorization from the customer.

 

  • DAMAGED SHIPMENTS & ERRORS

Damaged Shipments & Shipping Errors

If your orders arrive damaged or incorrect please contact a SuperBreakers customer service rep as soon as possible. Damaged claims filed after (5) days for replacement will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please save the packaging that the shipment came in and if possible please provide pictures so your SuperBreakers rep can resolve the shipment as quickly as possible. see terms

Incorrect Shipping Address

Where a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible all resulting costs for the shipment.

Order Discrepancies

Customers have (7) days from the date of receipt to address any discrepancies regarding incorrect shipment of material.

 

  • RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Return Policy

Normal stock items are refundable, subject to a 25% restock surcharge within 30 days of receipt of any purchase. No returns will be accepted past 30 days from the date of shipment. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RMA NUMBER.

Return tracking information must be provided to SuperBreakers within 14 days of receipt of RMA authorization.

Return Procedure

  1. For returns, please begin by submitting a SuperBreakers Return Form to receive a valid RMA number.
  2. Upon approval, an RMA number will be issued. Please include it with your shipment for identification purposes.
  3. Add your tracking number when prompted in your account suite.
  4. Please note that: All new items must be returned in the original factory box.
  5. Also, Please pack material well. Credit will not be issued for any damaged materials received.
  6. Once successfully returned, a credit will post back to your financial statement within 5 business days.
  7. The return address will be provided to customers once returns are approved.

Canceling Your Order

Please contact a SuperBreakers rep to cancel your order. Refunds are issued within 1 billing cycle of your credit card statement. Orders cannot be cancelled after a product has been processed for shipping.

Customer expressly assumes all liability in independently researching, purchasing and installing correct product for their application. Any recommendation made by SuperBreakers regarding product selection is made to the best of our knowledge based on customer description and will not constitute grounds for waiver of restocking charges, detrimental reliance or resulting liability.
