Free Ground Shipping

Every parcel order over $100 qualifies for free shipping via UPS Ground for packages shipping within the continental USA. In exceptional circumstance, additional charges may apply to freight shipments and overweight or dimensional packages.

Same Day Shipping

Our goal is to ship all orders complete and same-day for the customer. However, multiple line orders may take up to a week to consolidate from several warehouses. Customers will be promptly notified of any estimated delay.

Product Availability

Due to high product turnover, product showing as in stock online may be temporarily unavailable. Where an order has already been placed, customers will be notified of any resulting discrepancy and resolved accordingly.

Expidited Shipping Methods*

*Orders placed after 3pm may be shipped next business day.

The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

• UPS 2 Day Shipping → Delivers within 2 business days
• UPS 2-3 Business Day Shipping → Delivers within 2-3 business days
• UPS Next Day Shipping → Delivers within 1 business day

In special cases we can ship US Postal. Items shipped Standard via United States Postal Service deliver within 2 to 7 business days after shipping.

Special Order & International Shipments

International Shipping

All International orders require a $200 minimum order threshold. Due to the special nature of these shipments, we require that these be placed with a SuperBreakers sales rep. Additional Shipment charges will apply.

Special Order Items

Special order items, items not normally stocked in our warehouses, will be considered non-cancel, non-refundable once the order is placed. Customers are required to deposit 25% down, 75% before shipment is released.

Damaged Shipments

Damaged Shipments & Errors

If your orders arrives damaged please contact a SuperBreakers customer service rep as soon as possible. Damaged claims filed after 5 days for replacement will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please save the packaging that the shipment came in and if possible please provide pictures so your SuperBreakers rep can resolve the shipment as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Where a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible all resulting costs for the shipment.

Returns & Cancellations

Return Policy

Normal stock items are refundable, subject to a 25% restock surcharge within 30 days of receipt of any purchase. No returns will be accepted past 30 days from the date of shipment. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RGA NUMBER.

Return Procedure

1. For returns, please begin by submitting a SuperBreakers Return Form to receive a valid RGA number.
2. Once an RGA number is issued, include it with your shipment for identification purposes.
3. All new items must be returned in the original factory box.
4. Please pack material well. Credit will not be issued for any damaged materials received.
5. Once successfully returned, a credit will post back to your financial statement within 5 business days.

Cancelling Your Order

Please contact a SuperBreakers rep to cancel your order. Refunds are issued within 1 business day. Orders cannot be cancelled after product has shipped.
